Would you like to place an order with PetBase? We use various payment options. It depends on whether you place a business or private order.
Private orders:

Business orders:

- With a good payment history, you can buy on account
Shipping
Shipping
PetBase ships ordered items from different warehouses. It is therefore possible that you receive an order in different boxes. Some items include shipping costs.
Shipping costs
- standard package: € 7,50
- We ship all items via DHL
- You will receive a tracking code from DHL for each shipment.
- We ship the next business day
- Order above € 500.00: free shipping
- Digital products: no shipping costs
