PetBase ships ordered items from different warehouses. It is therefore possible that you receive an order in different boxes. Some items include shipping costs.

• standard package: € 7,50
• We ship all items via DHL
• You will receive a tracking code from DHL for each shipment.
• We ship the next business day
• Order above € 500.00: free shipping
• Digital products: no shipping costs
